Collection of four made-for-TV sci-fi thrillers in which fearsome creatures run amok.
'Sharktopus' (2010) a genetic scientist, Nathan Sands (Eric Roberts), engineers an extremely aggressive half-shark/half-octopus combination. Though the creature is built for the purposes of the American navy, it escapes into the waters off the Mexican coast and is soon attacking unsuspecting beach-goers. Sands' daughter Nicole (Sara Malakul Lane) sets out to find a way of bringing the beast back under control.
'Dinoshark' (2010) opens with a huge chunk of glacial ice tumbling into the ocean. The ice has fallen victim to global warming, melting for the first time in thousands of years to unleash the animal trapped within - Dinoshark. With a love for warm water, the Dinoshark makes its ways to the seas off the coast of the Mexican holiday resort, Puerto Vallarta, and begins feeding on tourists. Maverick boat captain Trace McGraw (Eric Balfour) and marine biologist Carol Brubaker (Iva Hasperger) attempt to find a way to end the chaos.
'Dinocroc vs Supergator' (2010) two monster reptiles genetically created in the labs of a biotech corporation manage to escape. In a bid to halt the carnage caused by the mutants, a team of pursuers, led by experienced swamp hunter 'The Jackal' (David Carradine), set out to track them down.
'Mega Python Vs Gatoroid' (2011) opens with a group of animal activists, led by Dr Nikki Riley (Debbie Gibson), breaking into a house in order to set a rare breed of python free in the Florida wilds. Their intentions are to advance the welfare of animals rather than to cause harm, however in the Everglades the pythons mutate to a size so enormous they begin devastating the swamp's native alligator population. Park Ranger Terry O'Hara (Tiffany) authorises the extermination of the pythons, but her decision to pump the swamp gators full of steroids in a bid to counter the python threat backfires when two competing breeds of mutant predator result.
