Low-budget disaster drama telling the intersecting stories of various Los Angeles residents who are affected by the deliberate release of a deadly biological agent into the city's water supply. The film follows various characters over the course of three days as they respond to the crisis: student Zach (Christopher Masterson) and his stoner cousin Bodi (Jake Muxworthy), National Guardsman Ritter (Jon Gries) and his wife Jasmine (Lindsay Price), Punjabi corner shop owner Heera (Shabana Azmi), her son Vikram (Ajay Naidu) and his white Jewish girlfriend Lillian (Mageina Tovah), and hot-headed soldier Carlton (Christopher Berry), who is quick to apportion blame for the attack on Islam.
