American gangster drama. Charlie Valentine (Raymond J. Barry) is a career criminal with a passion for the finer things in life: expensive food and wine, opera and beautiful women - but zero respect for anyone who has ever cared about him. After the 'perfect' crime that he hoped would be his last goes badly wrong, Charlie flees to LA to hide out with his son, Danny (Michael Weatherly), whom he abandoned as a child. As he becomes immersed in Danny's world, Charlie realises just how empty and meaningless his own life has become, and finally learns to assume his responsibilities as both a father and a man.

Customer Reviews

Gritty gangster drama with plenty of action

Not for the squeamish but very entertaining. Tells it as it is between villains with no love lost between any of them. Especially if there's a double cross.
