Sony’s flagship racing simulation makes its way to the PSP with the same photorealistic visuals and robust car line-up.

Since its first appearance on the original PlayStation, Gran Turismo has been a name synonymous with Sony’s gaming systems. It’s been a long wait, but the racing game has finally made its way to handhelds, managing to maintain the same attention to detail and realism it’s known for. Developed by Polyphony Digital, the creators of the console Gran Turismos, this PSP version makes no concessions for its new handheld home, providing the same crisp visuals and authentic handling.

Over 800 vehicles are on offer in Gran Turismo, with a total of 45,000 paint variations, from favourite manufacturers including Nissan, Audi and Ferrari. More than 30 tracks from across the globe are also included, some based on real circuits and others on favourites from older Gran Turismo titles. Gran Turismo is also the first title in the series to offer the ability to trade vehicles with other PSP owners via a local wireless connection.

Gran Turismo is the same authentic racing simulation fans have loved since the PlayStation era, with the same sense of immersion and detail on hand.
