Robert Stack stars as Eddie Kenner a US army operative sent to Tokyo to investigate the underhanded dealings of an ex-GI named Sandy Dawson. Dawson has taken up robbing ammunition trains and is also the kingpin of a local crime racket. Kenner must garner the criminals trust without letting on his true intentions and he is aided in his endeavour by Mariko the wife of a dead American soldier.

Excellent thriller for its age

Stack never seems to change his style yet, like Wayne, it's a successful recipe. Ryan is well cast as the bad guy in this enjoyable movie.
