This horror collection includes two films by 'Night of the Living Dead' director George A. Romero and one by his son, G. Cameron Romero. 'Season of the Witch' (1972) found Romero Sr on the cusp of art film and genre horror with this tale of an angst-ridden woman who believes her husband is the prowler in her recurring nightmares - to the point where she joins a witches' coven and ends up killing him. In G. Cameron Romero's 'Staunton Hill' (2008), a group of young people set out to hitchhike to a rally in Washington DC and become stranded in the remote hills of Virginia, where they come across the ghoulish home of the Staunton family. Terror ensues as they fight for their lives against an evil force that has been brewing in this dark backwater for many years. In the early George A. Romero film 'The Crazies' (1973), an accident with a virus leaking into the water supply of a small town creates a terrifying civil emergency when the inhabitants start to go crazy and murder each other.
