In this performance, Coogan brings a hilarious set of characters to the stage, including Paul and Pauline Calf, Duncan Thickett, Eurovision-winning Portuguese singing sensation Tony Ferrino and an extended set from the inimitable Alan Partridge—as well as surprising backstage Coogan and appearances from Simon Pegg and Julia Davis. LIVE ‘N’ LEWD
Politically correct comedian Bernard Righton (John Thomson) introduces notorious student-basher and lager lout Paul Calf; his celeb-bedding, sophisticated sister, Pauline; Duncan Thickett, the worst comedian in the world and legendary Chief Assistant to the Fire, Health and Safety Executive for the North West region, Ernest Moss.
STEVE COOGAN AS Alan Partridge and Other Less Successful Characters
Paul and Pauline Calf, Tommy Saxondale, Duncan Thickett and, of course, Norwich’s favorite son, Alan Gordon Partridge are all featured in this hilarious live performance.
Paul and Pauline Calf’s Cheese and HAM Sandwich
Novice (and failing) stand-up Duncan Thickett welcomes back the chain-smoking “bag o shite” Paul Calf and his ‘dead sophisticated’ sister for a live performance. Pauline’s had her hair done, her belly pierced and a mis-spelt Chinese tattoo; while Paul has a new girlfriend and has souped-up his mother’s disability buggy. There are also some surprises; Paul treats us to a love song while Pauline performs an excerpt from her one-woman show, “Floss – the story of Florence Nightingale”
