A two-volume set of dance-based fitness programmes presented by the stars of BBC 1's 'Strictly Come Dancing'. In 'Strictly Come Dancercise' Karen Hardy and Erin Boag take the viewer through 5 energetic dances: the Salsa, Jive, Quick Step, Samba and the Cha Cha. The music comes from the likes of Elton John, Toploader and Black-Eyed Peas. In 'The Workout', Kelly Brook and Flavia Cacace give you step-by-step instruction on the Salsa, Jive, Quick Step and Tango, along with warm-up and warm-down routines. Whatever your experience, the moves can be enjoyed by dancers of all ages and come with a soundtrack featuring, among others, Shakira, Gnarls Barkley and Survivor.
