This animated seasonal family comedy is co-produced by Aardman Studios.

The film shows the inner workings of the high-tech operation run at the North Pole by Santa (voiced by Jim Broadbent) and his sons, which enables them to get all the world's presents delivered in just one night. But behind this slick and efficient machine are the disparate and dysfunctional members of Santa's family, including his cranky 136-year-old father, Grandsanta (Bill Nighy), his devoted wife, Mrs Santa (Imelda Staunton), and his poles-apart sons, Steve (Hugh Laurie) and Arthur (James McAvoy).

Product Reviews

Very Entertaining

A very funny film full of laugh and a all star cast. The film is set in the North Pole. The story is about Arthur (voiced by James Macavoy X Men:First Class, Narnia) who is santa's Son. On Christmas Eve Santa travel's around the world in one night. But when Santa misses out on a little girl. Arthur has to save Christmas. Other Voice's in the animation-comedy include Bill Nighy (Love Actually, Wrath Of The Titans), Jim Broadbent (Harry Potter, The Borrowers) and Hugh Laurie (Stuart Little, TV's House). I saw this film last year with my mum and dad. My dad got very confused of who was voicing who and my mum was disappointed only seeing Bill Nighy doing a voice as she likes him very much as she thinks he looks good looking in real life and that she misses his singing and dancing skills and she hopes he sings more in real life. Your proberly thinking she is odd. I have been living with it for so many year's. The film is very good and laugh out load in places. It fun for the family.
