For the 2020 restoration of Circus of Horrors, STUDIOCANAL went back to the original camera negative which was scanned and restored in 4K to produce a brand new HD master.
Dr. Rossiter botches an operation and scars his patient for life, so flees to France and into a travelling circus. Soon he is operating on disfigured women for his "Temple of Beauty", but when they threaten to leave they die mysteriously.
