Jess Franco directs this sexploitation movie in which the ruler of an all-female city hatches a plan for world domination. Sumuru (Shirley Eaton), the ambitious leader of the City of Femina, believes that she can use the beautiful women at her disposal to enslave the male race and thus take command of the world. However, crime boss Sir Masius (George Sanders) has his own designs on power and poses a threat to Sumuru. Caught between the two is Jeff Sutton (Richard Wyler), a man with ten million dollars in his suitcase and a way into the City of Femina. He sets out to rescue Ulla Rossini (Marta Reves) from Sumuru, but with both Sumuru and Masius seeing him as key to their plans, Jeff has a battle on his hands.
