A rare change of pace for Caine

Caine, Pleasance, Hawkins and others make this a very enjoyable film. Quite graphic, and rightly so, I cannot understand why this is always shown on TV as an afternoon matinee. Don't dismiss it, this is a well acted and poignant movie about a time of sadness and bloodshed in Scotland. As good as any Caine's made. Don't miss Mary Hopkin's stunning song at the end.
